1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for defective products, provided the following conditions are met:
Return only possible in case of damage or defects.
The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, or other items included in the package.
Proof of purchase (such as order number or invoice) must be provided when requesting a return.
Note: We do not accept exchanges at this time.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at support@ayraelite.com within 14 days of receiving your product.
Provide your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant photos (in case of a defective product).
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
3. Return Shipping
Method of Return: Returns must be sent by mail using the return shipping label we provide.
Return Label: A free, pre-paid return label is included in your original shipment. If you are unable to locate it, please contact us to request a replacement.
Shipping Fees: Return shipping is free of cost.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Since our neon lights are custom-made, returns and refunds are not allowed, except in cases of damage or defects.
6. Country of Coverage
This return and refund policy applies to orders shipped within India. We currently do not process returns for international orders.
