Welcome to Ayraelite! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website https://ayraelite.com/ and the purchase of our custom neon lights. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. General Terms

• By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. Orders & Payments

• All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
• Prices listed on our website are final, and payments must be made in full before processing your order.
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, etc.

3. Customization & Production

• Each neon sign is custom-made based on the design selected by the customer.
• Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made as production starts immediately.
• The final product may have slight variations in color and size due to manufacturing limitations.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across India with a flat shipping charge of ₹100.
• Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days. Delays due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
• Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email/SMS.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Since our neon lights are custom-made, returns and refunds are not allowed, except in cases of damage or defects.
• If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos as proof.
• In case of an approved return, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

6. Warranty & Repairs

• We offer a 6 months warranty on our neon signs for manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling, improper installation, or external factors.
• For repairs outside warranty, charges may apply.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and content on Ayraelite are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
• Installation and usage of neon signs should be done as per safety guidelines.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of city courts.
